Dr. Phil McGraw makes use of the daytime TV as a wide-reaching platform tackling a range of issues associated with the mental health, from family and friendship to bullying and addiction.  His professional knowledge extends beyond the brain. Last year, “Dr. Phil,” as he is popularly known, published and released “the 20/20 diet”. This book takes a holistic approach to body fitness, weight loss, as well as exercise and eating plans. Obviously, most people like his tough-love approach in the book, that’s why It became the most searched diet of 2015 in Google.

Ronda Rousev managed to get to the top last year—particularly in terms of public recognition. In that same year, she became the most searched athlete and the 5th most popular search in Google. She also landed both a knockout spread in blockbuster movie roles in Entourage and Furious 7  and in Sport’s Illustrated coveted Swimsuit Issue. Cassey Ho is a YouTube guru that created POP Pilates, her blog, an app sensation, DVD and her YouTube. The healthy living blogger and designer continue to expand her reach with almost too-good-to-be-true recipes and a growing library of workout plans. Cassey has a social media presence that is remarkable. She shares her workouts with over 3 million subscribers on YouTube. She always posts pictures of mouth-watering food and enviable outfits to her Instagram audience that are over one million.

  1. Dr. Mehmet Oz 

Dr. Mehmet Oz is a renowned personality in the spotlight. With millions of Facebook followers and an Emmy-award in his TV show and wellness magazine, the cardiothoracic surgeon reaches a wide audience with his recommendation in health and wellness. Being a part of Oprah’s #squad has not prevented him from performing in the medical community although he had questionable conflicts of flawed judgment calls and interest. Despite the issues he had with critics in 2015, Dr. Mehmet Oz remains on the faculty of Medicine at Columbia Medical School and still has excellent reviews from patients and peers.
